Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must be unworn, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Looking to change size or try a different pair? We provide free exchanges for domestic orders. Let us know, and we’ll guide you through the quick exchange process.

Opened personal items (e.g. foot cushions, socks)

Once your return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For U.S. orders, we offer free prepaid return labels upon request.
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To avoid return refusal, please:
Do not wear shoes outdoors before returning.
Include the original shoe box and any accessories.
Protect the items during return shipping.
If your order is incorrect or contains a defect, contact us within 7 days. We’ll provide a full replacement or refund at no cost.
